Stepping Through Transitions
One day organisational development workshop for non-profit organisations
Every organisation goes through transitions but some are more challenging than others. Here we explore some powerful concepts and practical tools to help Boards and Senior Managers understand how to make effective transitions through the various stages of organisational development.
An opportunity for senior staff and board members in NFP organisations to attend together and strengthen their organisation by:
- Identifying the developmental stage of their organisation and its implications
- Developing skills in diagnosis, analysis and problem solving in order to anticipate emerging changes and challenges
- Understanding how to make effective transitions from one stage of development to another
- Recognising and responding to significant contextual and environmental factors.
